E-Commerce

Making e-commerce look easy.

Success starts with strategic packaging design.

Menasha’s North American design team creates protective, sustainable packaging that flows seamless through your supply chain and elevates the brand experience. From experiential subscription boxes to gift packs, or simple protective packaging solutions, Menasha is ready to make it happen.

Our team brings experience in reducing dimensional weight (DIM) and touches, reducing air space, and achieving retailer compliance. We know what’s best for your brand and your bottom line and it all starts with strategic packaging design.

Executing seamlessly across multiple channels.

Our 2.5 million-square-foot North American network of Omnihub facilities provides fulfillment services regardless of the channels you’re operating in. As a brand owner, you can create an omnichannel experience that meets consumers where they shop and buy. Menasha ensures you can deliver across all channels (in-store and online). There are waste and cost factors associated with managing e-commerce and in-store fulfillment separately. We can manage your e-commerce fulfillment today, and should your brand expand to brick and mortar, we can manage that as well, right out of the same facility.

Case Study Amazon

Saving the SKUs with a streamlined packaging solution.

Opportunity

An industry leader in personal care was struggling with on-time delivery across numerous SKUs at Amazon. Due to this, Amazon was considering removing those SKUs from their site.

Solution

We created the Menasha Xpress Lane: An In-DC “Order to Fulfillment Model” that delivered packaging SKU optimization, improved material handling and product staging processes, along with customized, late-stage printing. The net result for our customer was 350 SKUs that now utilized a consolidated portfolio of only five packaging sizes.

Impact

From order alert to fulfillment now takes less than 24 hours, with fewer than 1% missed orders since the full implementation.
