Contractor Safety

The following requirements must be met in order to allow a vendor access to Menasha Packaging Company property. These requirements apply to vendors who perform services for:

  • Scheduled outages/plant shut-downs
  • Environmental Assessment (EA)/Revised Environmental Assessment (REA) work (to include equipment warranties)
  • Maintenance/service agreements
  • Emergency repairs
  • Consignment agreements
  • Temporary labor
 

All vendors who perform any of these services are required to have current certificates of insurance to the minimum amounts stipulated below before given access to company property:

1. Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability

All service vendors shall have Worker’s Compensation insurance as required by statute, and Employer’s Liability coverage with a minimum of $2,000,000.

2. General, Auto, and Products Liability

All service vendors shall have General, Auto, and Products Liability (including Completed Operations) to include:

      i. Bodily injury and property damage for a minimum of $2,000,000 each occurrence.

      ii. Public Liability insurance to include “contractual” coverage with a minimum of $2,000,000 each occurrence.

3. Automobile Liability

Coverage shall be for nonowned hired vehicles and owned vehicles as set forth below:

      i. Bodily injury and property damage shall be for a minimum of $2,000,000 each occurrence.
