Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Menasha Corporation has built and maintained a history and strong culture of ethical conduct as reflected in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, which applies to our employees and everyone we have contact with through our work.  This proud legacy was passed down to us from the company’s founder, Elisha D. Smith, and is a clear expectation of our responsibilities.

We are vigilant in protecting one of our most valuable assets – our reputation.  Our employees are asked to annually certify their compliance with the policies.
